FT-12MM-001 是一款 MT 12芯多模标损插芯 (MT 12F MM Ferrule Standard)，采用 PPS 材质，符合 RoHS2.0 环保要求，是 MPO/MTP 多芯光纤连接器的核心对中及端接元件。该插芯可同时端接 12 根多模光纤，主要用于 40G/100G/200G/400G 数据中心高速光模块和光跳线的组装。
FT-12MM-001 is a MT 12-core Multimode Standard Loss Ferrule, manufactured from PPS material, compliant with RoHS2.0. It is the core alignment and termination component of MPO/MTP multi-fiber connectors, supporting 12 multimode fibers simultaneously, widely used in 40G/100G/200G/400G data center high-speed optical modules and patch cord assemblies.

- 12 芯多模 MT 标准插芯，符合 IEC 61754-7 / TIA-604-5 (FOCIS 5) 接口标准
- 高精度 12 通道光纤孔，间距 0.25mm，孔径 Ø0.126mm (公差 0/-0.0008)，属于重点管控尺寸 (★)
- 两端各 2 个 Ø0.699mm (公差 0/-0.0010) 导引孔 (Guide Pin Holes)，实现精密对位 (★)
- 端面平面度 ≤ Ø0.0025mm (★)，保证物理接触 (PC) 端面的低插入损耗
- PPS (聚苯硫醚) 高性能工程塑料，尺寸稳定、耐高温、低吸湿

使用注意事项 (Handling Notes)
- 拆封后应在洁净环境下使用，避免裸手直接接触端面，以免污染光纤孔
- 储存环境温度建议 5~40°C，相对湿度 ≤ 60% RH
- 端面清洁推荐使用专用 MPO/MTP 清洁笔或清洁盒
- 组装前请确认 BOOT 装配方向，避免反向装配导致光纤弯折损耗
- 导引针 (Guide Pin) 装配力矩需控制在规格范围内，避免插芯本体变形
