1 时钟发射模块概述
1.1 功能
发射模块将射频信号转换为光信号输出，输出波长符合 ITU DWDM 标准。
1.2 时钟发射模块原理

如图 1 所示，阻抗匹配保证射频链路高效、稳定、低损耗的信号传输，自
动功率控制电路（APC）控制激光器输出光功率稳定，具备光监测功能，自动
温度控制电路（ATC）保持激光器芯片温度的稳定，从而保持输出光波长的稳
定，实现射频信号转换为光信号稳定输出。

2 结构和接口定义
2.1 外部结构
时钟发射模块外部结构如图2所示， 尺寸如下图所示，单位 mm。

2.2 硬件接口说明及定义
时钟发射模块硬件接口全部位于模块侧面，接口定义分别见表 2。

3 故障处理
3.1 故障隔离和修理的基本方法
常见故障的排除主要是先检查各模块是否处于正确的工作状态，若不是，
则使各模块重新回到正确的运行状态；然后采用逐级隔离检查的方法确定故障
原因和部位，并调整或更换相应的模块。
3.2 故障隔离和修理
3.2.1 电源故障检修
当模块电源故障可能是由于以下几种原因，一种是该模块内部有短路，另
一种是该模块电源接错。可根据不同的情况进行排除。
3.2.2 信号故障检修
当某个模块无信号输出、或者输出信号错误可能是由于以下几种原因。
a) 电源不符合要求；
b) 光连接器连接错误；
c) 电连接器连接错误；
d) 模块内部部分电路短路或断路。
用以下的方式查验：
a) 用万用表测量故障模块的相应电源是否符合要求值，不符合就应检
查是否上电有误；
b) 检查是否光连接器连接有误，如果模块间各连接正常，应检查模块
内部，并用其备件更换；
c) 更正电连接器连接，观察是否存在电信号输出，若输出正常，则说
明电连接器连接正确；
d) 用示波器检查模块内部从输入端到输出端波形，如不对，则应根据
电原理图逐级检查，以排除故障；

4 使用环境要求与其他特殊要求
4.1 使用环境要求
a) 工作温度：-40℃～+75℃；
b) 贮存温度：-50℃～+85℃；
c) 工作电压：DC_+5V、DC_-5V。
4.2 其他特殊要求
a) 工作环境不得超过绝对最大额定值，模块各接口不得接错；
b) 使用外接仪表时，必需先阅读其说明书，明白其性能和使用方法后
再使用；
c) 使用外接仪表前，仪表外壳间，及与机柜间必需可靠电连接，保证
共地，防止人身、设备事故；
d) 信号源输出功率必需小于设备注入端口的极限输入功率；
e) 未经有关领导许可，不得擅自调动模块中可调元件；
操作及使用者需认真阅读本技术说明书以及有关图纸、理解和掌握有关要求后再进行操作。
