FT-AO 系列 SFP & SFP+ 2XN 压合工装套件（SFP & SFP+ 2XN Press Fit Tooling Kit，图纸编号 10715221F033）是北亿纤通（F-tone Networks）专为 SFP/SFP+ 连接器屏蔽笼（Cage）压合工艺设计的三步式精密工装套件。套件适配 2X1 / 2X2 / 2X4 / 2X6 / 2X8 等多种端口规格的屏蔽笼，提供从嵌件定位、笼体上板到最终压合的完整工艺解决方案。
工装主体采用 S45C 碳素结构钢制造，表面经镀铬处理，具有优异的耐磨性和抗腐蚀能力；所有锐边均经去毛刺处理，关键倒角 0.5mm，确保使用安全与精度。

Assembly Procedure | 组装操作步骤
Step 1 | 步骤一：嵌件工装入笼
将对应规格的 INSERTS TOOLING（压合嵌入工装）嵌入匹配的 CAGE（SFP/SFP+ 连接器屏蔽笼）中。图中展示了4种不同端口规格（2X1 / 2X2 / 2X4 / 2X8）的工装组件，嵌件正面带定位孔，与笼体结构完全匹配。
Step 2 | 步骤二：笼体上板
将预装了嵌件工装的屏蔽笼放置到 PCB 板（印刷电路板）上。所有屏蔽笼均已预装嵌件工装，箭头指示操作方向。
工艺要点：
- 确保屏蔽笼定位孔与 PCB 焊盘精确对位
- 操作过程中避免嵌件工装偏移或脱落
- 检查 PCB 板面平整度，确保接触可靠
Step 3 | 步骤三：就位工装压合
将 SEATING TOOLING（就位工装）放置在 SFP 屏蔽笼顶部，对准后完成压合工序。图中展示了 2X1、2X2、2X4、2X8 四种规格从工装对位、施力压合到压合完成的全过程。
压合注意事项：
- 严格遵循各规格对应的最大压合力参数（见上表）
- 压入速度参考值：25.4 mm/分钟
- 压合完成后目视检查 Cage 引脚是否完全插入 PCB 焊孔
- 如有异常，立即停止并检查工装定位与 PCB 焊盘状态
