FTCS-xx12-xxDxx 系列是北亿纤通（F-tone Networks）推出的 1.25G SFP 光收发模块，支持 100Mbps~1.5Gbps 数据速率，完全符合 SFP MSA（Small Form-Factor Pluggable Multi-Source Agreement）标准。该系列提供 VCSEL/FP/DFB 激光器发射器可选，覆盖 850nm 多模、1310nm 多模/单模、1550nm 单模等多种波长，传输距离从 0.5km 到 120km，广泛应用于电信、数据中心、企业网、存储网络（Fibre Channel）等高速通信场景。
模块采用 3.3V 单电源供电，LC 双工光接口，LVPECL/CML 差分输入/输出以及 LVTTL 信号检测，内置数字诊断监控（DDM）功能，符合 IEC 825 Class 1 激光安全标准。提供标准级（0~+70℃）和工业级（-40~+85℃）两种工作温度等级。
