FTCS-xx12-xxDxx 系列是北亿纤通(F-tone Networks)推出的 1.25G SFP 光收发模块,支持 100Mbps~1.5Gbps 数据速率,完全符合 SFP MSA(Small Form-Factor Pluggable Multi-Source Agreement)标准。该系列提供 VCSEL/FP/DFB 激光器发射器可选,覆盖 850nm 多模、1310nm 多模/单模、1550nm 单模等多种波长,传输距离从 0.5km 到 120km,广泛应用于电信、数据中心、企业网、存储网络(Fibre Channel)等高速通信场景。
模块采用 3.3V 单电源供电,LC 双工光接口,LVPECL/CML 差分输入/输出以及 LVTTL 信号检测,内置数字诊断监控(DDM)功能,符合 IEC 825 Class 1 激光安全标准。提供标准级(0~+70℃)和工业级(-40~+85℃)两种工作温度等级。
