FT-46系列1060nm扩展温度相位调制器基于铌酸锂（LiNbO₃）晶体，具有高线性度、低驱动电压和紧凑尺寸的特点。调制带宽覆盖0.2GHz至10GHz，工作波长范围1025~1090nm，扩展工作温度范围-55°C至+85°C，适用于超快高功率激光、频率移动、相位移动、激光线宽展宽和光束合成等应用。
The FT-46 series 1060nm Extended Temperature Phase Modulators are based on Lithium Niobate (LiNbO₃) crystal, combining high linearity with low driving voltage and small footprint. The modulation bandwidth covers 0.2GHz to 10GHz, operating wavelength range 1025~1090nm, and extended operating temperature from -55°C to +85°C. Suitable for ultra-fast high-power laser, frequency shifting, phase shifting, laser linewidth broadening, and laser beam combining applications.
