The FTAF-M1303-02xx 155Mbps 1310nm Duplex 2×5 SFF Transceiver V3.06 is a 155Mbps 1310nm Duplex LC Multi-Mode 2km Small Form Factor (SFF) 2×5 pin transceiver manufactured by F-tone Networks(北亿纤通). The transceiver uses 1310nm FP laser and PIN photo-detector, supports up to 2km transmission with MMF, with single 3.3V power supply, 1W power consumption, 300mA supply current. LVPECL signal input/output with LVTTL transmitter disable input and LVTTL signal detect output. The output power is -20 to -14 dBm, extinction ratio 9dB, center wavelength 1260 to 1360nm, spectrum width 3.5nm. Receiver sensitivity -31dBm (@ PRBS 2^23-1, ER=9dB, BER ≤ 1×10^-12), input saturation power -8dBm. Two SKUs available: FTAF-M1303-02 (0~70°C standard) and FTAF-M1303-02I (-40~85°C industrial). For 100BASE-FX, SONET/SDH equipment interconnect, Fiber Channel links, and other optical links.
