激光安全与 ESD 防护 (Laser Safety & ESD)
- Tx 模块激光安全等级为 Class 3B(5mW~500mW),使用时用户必须避免暴露于激光束中。
- 光发射和接收模块均含静电敏感器件,使用时请做好 ESD 防护(如佩戴防静电手环、接地等)。
散热要求 (Heat Dissipation)
为保证模块正常工作,用户必须提供散热器和散热措施,限制发射和接收模块的最高温度。模块底部是首选散热面。
