FTAF-1303-10xx 是一款 155Mbps 1310nm 双工 LC 单模 2×5 SFF 光收发模块,采用 FP 激光器发射机和 PIN 接收机,支持达 10km 光纤传输。该模块采用标准 Small Form Factor 2×5 引脚封装,单 3.3V 电源供电,LVPECL 信号输入/输出,LVTTL 发送禁用和信号检测,满足 IEC-60825 Class I 激光安全标准,RoHS6 环保合规。
