FT-AN系列光耦继电器（PhotoMOS Relay）是北亿纤通（F-tone Networks）推出的高性能固态继电器产品线。
本系列采用先进的MOSFET输出技术，提供1a（常开）、1b（常闭）、2a（双通道常开）、2b（双通道常闭）等多种触点形式，涵盖SOP4、SOP6、SOP8、DIP4、DIP6、DIP8等多种封装形式，负载电压从20V到800V，全面满足工业控制、通信设备、测量仪器等领域的应用需求。
