保护电路
当负载为感性负载可能产生超出绝对最大额定值的尖峰电压时，需要对尖峰电压进行限制。
- CR缓冲电路：CR Snubber并联在负载两端
- 钳位二极管：钳位二极管并联在负载两端
- 外部二极管吸收：用外部二极管吸收容量
- 缓冲电容吸收：用缓冲电路(C-R)吸收容量
注意：添加二极管、缓冲电路(C-R)及其他保护元件时，需要安装在MOS RELAY附近才能有效。添加保护元件可能导致复位时间变慢，请根据实际情况调整后再使用。
焊接条件
(a) 红外回流焊
- 峰值回流焊温度：260°C以下（封装表面温度）
- 峰值回流温度持续时间：10秒
- 温度高于230°C的时间：30-60秒
- 预热温度180~190°C的时间：60-120秒
- 回流次数：2次
- 助焊剂：含少量氯的松香助焊剂（推荐氯含量最大0.2 Wt%）
(b) 波峰焊
- 温度：260°C以下（熔融焊料温度）
- 时间：10秒以下
- 预热条件：120°C以下（封装表面温度）
- 回流次数：1次
- 助焊剂：含少量氯的松香助焊剂
(c) 注意事项
- 助焊剂：避免使用氟利昂基和氯基清洁溶剂清除残余助焊剂
- 避免框架部分与引脚之间短路
