General Description

The FTCS-B331X-60DI-QE is a hot-pluggable SFP+ BiDi transceiver for 10Gb/s bidirectional optical communication over up to 60km of single-mode fiber (9/125µm). It uses 1330nm DFB laser for transmission and 1270nm APD receiver for reception (or vice versa depending on the pair), supporting data rates up to 11.3Gb/s.

The module features digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM) compliant with SFF-8472, a BiDi LC optical connector, metal enclosure for lower EMI, and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is RoHS-10 compliant and lead-free.

  6. Receiver sensitivity is compliant with power supply sinusoidal modulation of 20 Hz to 1.5 MHz up to specified value applied through the recommended power supply filtering network.
