北亿纤通自主研发的16G FC SFP+光模块，支持10m、10km、40km的传输距离，并且能够达到高达16Gb/s的速率。其通信协议符合Fibre Channel、IEEE 802.3，接口协议符合SFF-8472，封装协议符合SFP+MSA。这种光模块主要应用在存储区域网络，特别是搭配光纤交换机使用时，插在交换机前端通道FC端口。
